Champion FleetCare provides comprehensive mobile and in-shop maintenance and repair services for commercial diesel and gas truck fleets. These services include, but are not limited to, specialized DPF cleaning, DOT inspections, and preventative maintenance programs.
We use a customer relationship management platform powered by GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage communications, scheduling, customer data, and service delivery. Through this platform, you may receive communications via email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of any account or communication details
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Provide proper consent before receiving SMS communications
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your information
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
Interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use our communications systems to send spam or unauthorized messages
Payment terms for services will be outlined in service agreements or invoices provided to you. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you request.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All content, branding, logos, and materials provided by Champion FleetCare are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion FleetCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion FleetCare, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
By opting into SMS communications from Champion FleetCare, you agree to receive text messages related to our services.
Champion FleetCare provides comprehensive mobile and in-shop maintenance and repair services for commercial diesel and gas truck fleets, and you may receive appointment reminders, service status updates, and follow-up communications when you opt in.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 913-498-9999. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You will receive transactional messages related to appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business.
